We are seeking individuals experienced to IPC-A-610, the standard for electronic soldering. Digital dexterity will be required to perform essential functions of the position. Considerable candidates will test above average in coordination and dexterity skills. Candidates must display the willingness to be trained into one of the electronic assembly positions.

We are seeking an individual to fill our Quality Systems Manager opening. This person will act as the Management Representative for Borisch's quality management system and will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring and continually improving the system to meet company objectives, while exceeding customer expectations and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Supporting responsibilities include liaising with external parties on matters relating to the quality management system, monitoring and improving key performance metrics, planning and conducting effective internal quality audits, managing the corrective action system to assure timely and effective resolution, coordinating quality data collection for the purpose of identifying continuous improvement projects/activities, and providing quality systems training to company employees.
The ideal candidate will have:
-A minimum of 7 years experience in quality systems within a lean manufacturing environment (2 of the 7 years in a lead position).
-Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 (or TS16949) quality systems.
-Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management.
-Strong leadership, interpersonal and team building skills (must promote a team environment).
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-A minimum of two years experience as a lead auditor.
-Effective instructor/trainer skills (planning and execution).
-Demonstrated knowledge of 8D or 7S problem solving methodologies, Root Cause analysis tools, MSA, SPC, Six Sigma, and lean/kaizen concepts.
-Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite software and FilePro.
-Familiarity with risk management tools (i.e. PFlow/PFMEA/Control Plans), value-stream mapping and self-directed teams.

The individual who fills this position will perform systems level testing on assembled product and troubleshoot assemblies/final systems of production/field returns. Qualified candidates should have a background in analog and digital circuits through schooling and/or prior work experience, as well as possess strong troubleshooting/logical thinking skills.

We are looking for individuals to fill Special Ops Technician positions. A Special Ops Technician is responsible for assisting Special Operation Production with all daily tasks related to the Special Ops department. Special Ops Technicians will be mentored by the Special Ops Engineers and become fully capable of supporting any production/process related issues. Qualified candidates for this position will possess the knowledge of practical applications of engineering technology and design principles involved in manufacturing. Qualified candidates must be able to determine root causes of operating errors and decide what to do about them, use logic and reason to identify complex problems and develop solutions, and predict how changes in operations and process flow will affect manufacturing efficiencies and quality of finished product.

We are seeking an individual to fill a Test Coordinator position on 1st shift. The individual who fills this position will prioritize workloads and coordinate a branch of Borisch Manufacturing Corporation's Test department. The individual who fills this position will work with several teams to help resolve issues, monitor equipment capacity, and improve key performance metrics. An ideal candidate will prove to have excellent leadership and motivational skills. An ideal candidate will have experience working with electronics. Experience with electronics engineering and LabView software a plus.
